Sounds like a plan! Nice idea DieOrFail!

I definitely see a TH Youtube channel being helpful for showing:

- Demos of our practices
- Demos of our matches
- Clan-related videos (made by the TH clan/community)
- Savage-related videos (made by the TH clan/community)
- Other stuff (Anything else that doesn't fit above, but may still be appropriate to upload)

There are some things that would be very helpful to have uploaded as a real video to watch -- demos for example would be easier to upload on Youtube then show people the link instead of asking them to download the demos and put it into their game folders. Having a Youtube channel for the clan will also open up more realistic opportunities for people interested in video-editing to actually start creating stuff for the clan/community/or savage if they want to. We will be able to start expanding the clan in videos by being uploading clan promotion trailers, videos that promote savage (I really like DieOrFail's idea of making monthly random TH/Savage videos. It can be a fun project that will keep people busy each month while contributing to promoting the clan in a positive way. ^^), demos, matches, and anything else that falls into the category of TH, or Savage.

Definitely something that has been on my mind for awhile.

Another point: Maybe it helps bringing all members together, because everyone can do something for the videos! Everyone can donate a few minutes, everyone can share his epic Savage scenes! If all of you turn on "auto demo record" (game options, I think), you won't miss any great moments! After that, you can record the demo with FRAPS, or send the demo files to somebody who has FRAPS (TN has it, I have it). If you record the demo, there will be no FPS drop-downs, and you can enjoy the video with 30 or up to 60 FPS!

The Hunterz Youtube Channel

...Now before anyone --- WAIT! WAIT! STOP THINKING! I know what your thinking! Let me explain! ^^ The channel is very empty right now, and not even a channel description is up yet, but I saw that the name was available to take, and I decided to create the channel right away to make sure we can get the name, and it won't be taken from us (by someone else creating an account), even though the chances of that is very low. xD And so the short story is that we now have a Youtube channel reserved in our name (or basically created for real now), and over the next few days/weeks/months we'll get it organized and looking good. ^^

DieOrFail, check your PM. ^^

(PS to everyone: Don't worry about the info saying the account is from Romania, I just choose that country during the creation to honor Hunt3r. xD He is from Romania you know, and what better way to have our first official Youtube clan channel dedicated to our original clan-leader's origin? ^^)

Ladies and Gentlemen! (Again xD)

DieOrFail has agreed to help manage The Hunterz Youtube Channel and to be the main person to talk to for uploading new videos, new video-making ideas, feedback about the channel, general management of the channel account, and so on.

Thank you for your already hard work and great spirit Die. In time we'll see how this project unfolds, and hopefully our youtube channel will become decent enough for people to look at and watch videos about our clan, or about savage in general.

With DieOrFail on the team, we will continue to make preparations to improve and add things to the channel. We have several things already in discussion, and so we'll be working on that over the next few days and weeks.

The Hunterz, it is a continued honor serving and being here in the family with you all. Do you know how proud Hunt3r will be of us? We have finally gotten into clan video-making after him pestering people for so long to get it started! ^^ Hunt3r, please come back to lead us in the summer! (Type Hunt3rIsFTW in your post everyone! DO IT NAOW! =D)

I just think that it would be great to mix our records from TS and videos from Savage!)

I will ask TN about the TS files next time we have a cw/practice and I'll try to mix them with our demos! Thank you!

^^ I have been recording TS files ever since the last 3-4 practices. I've thought about combining the audio files with a demo recording from our practices, but that would mean I have to line up the TS recording so that the audio plays at the right times according to what is going on in the demos. I have very bad memory, so I can't quite match those kind of things up correctly. (IE: You might hear someone screaming 'FIVE PREDS AT BASE! LOOKOUT!' and then only ten minutes later see the part in the demo/video where the preds were attacking.)

Still, I'll keep recording the files and uploading them after every practice. Anyone who wants to use them is free to try and match them up. xD (Would probably be a good idea for the person putting demo and TS files together to have been at the practice as well)
