.....that was amazing. The level endurance to keep taking those turns, the bumps, passing people...going at fast speed...wow. Was this you Hunt3r? Or just someone's else video? Either way, as a fellow biker (City-biker, not mountain biker xD), I can confirm that taking sharp turns like that ANYWHERE in the world for SIX D*MN straight minutes at high speeds like that requires a lot of skill. I've never mountain biked, but I know as well as anyone that taking turns like that on any bike, on a path BARELY the width of your ARMS is one heck of a challenge.

But as you can see, it is also very fun for some people. I would be scared the Chiprels out of my mind. Would have wiped out in the first 30 seconds of that beginning downhill. The only time I've gone on steep paths like that was when I went camping in the mountains. I was HIKING along paths like that, not riding down on bikes. Man, this was thrilling to watch.

Props to those guys in the video. Made it look like it was as easy as flattening nomads with a Behe.

Wow. Nice one Hunt3r.

No, that wasnt me, but i wish i was there.
Atm i dont have the equipment and bike fit for that but i resume at doing other downhill or offroad tracks nearby. And to brag a bit, i have only 2 or 3 falls in last years, and none of it included any broken arms, legs and so on Razz

xD Hunt3r definitely has the looks to be a pro though from the picture topic. So Hunt3r, your saying you don't have the gear to do as hardcore as the video, but you have the skill and knowledge to make the turns, safely pass people, go over the bumpy paths....etc, and not fall or have an accident?

...Man of many talents. xD Wonder if your country has like 'official' mountain biking competitions? =D

Untill then i will post a picture of a part of our group. I'm the guy in the very right.

Coolio! That's a very nice picture Hunt3r, makes me (almost) want to leave my home here in Canada to live over there and see what your MTB biking group is like. Everyone in the picture looks friendly enough, except that dude on the far right, with the curly hair, black shirt, and grey pants. That guy is just downright gangsta!

^.^

Kiiiiiiidding! I'm definitely putting Romania on the list of countries I'll visit in Europe one day, and I'll be sure to go there during the summer, and I'll figure out a way to bring a mountain bike over there from Canada!

I think I'd probably check out offroad biking. Downhill and trials are a bit too pro for me, and I don't know what enduro is.

Ooooh! Do you guys have anything like that thing that happens in France? The 'Tour De France'? Seems like Romania would have a good enough landscape and scenery to have one. =D

Yeah, we have cruiser bike competitions aswell. Romania is a very nice country with many places to visit. Too bad we have stupid leaders and a large procent of population.
Anyway, if you plan to visit Romania one day just let me know. I'll be gladly be your host if you come here Smile

xD We'll have a full Savage-Real-Life meeting. Then Hunt3r will convince us to go on the most dangerous mountain bike slope in Romania and we all die. xD

Yeh, Indeed. I can't turn and do those jumps. At least not with my bike. I'm street biker, not mountain biker Razz
I would fall in all of those jumps, just right after turning :S

Yeh, totally agreed.
